Radiant Oil & Gas is an E&P company focused on
the onshore Gulf Coast area. Radiant began in 1990 as Jurasin Oil & Gas,
which was founded by our current
President & CEO, John M. Jurasin. In 2005, Radiant moved its
headquarters from Metairie, Louisiana to Houston, Texas. With the addition of
several key employees and the formation of strategic alliances, Radiant
has evolved from its exploration roots into a drilling and production
